This was a good episode, it was funny when they all got locked up except Tina/Kit.

Bete/Candace;hmm...interesting,yet wrong! but least they didnt actually have "sex".

Shane; also hot! "here take the fu-cking phone! don't lost it!" hah

They didn't show next weeks episode, is that the finale? Well from my trusty sources, I heard it was about this; Tina finds out about Candace. Shane's pratrons turn on her. And then something about Kit and Ivan...

What an excellent episode. That scene with Bette and Candace in the jail was just so incredibly hot. I know it's wrong, but still, how could you not like that. I did feel sorry for Tina when she came to pick up Bette though. It's surprising that nobody noticed the tension between Bette and Candace.

Kit and Ivan is very interesting. At least Ivan is not in drag all the time. I can't tell if Kit was surprised that Ivan was actually a woman or that she was out of drag or that perhaps she was attracted to a woman. Hard to tell on that. I can't believe that she would be so clueless that she didn't know about drag kings. Should prove to be an interesting story if they carry it further than the final episode this season.

The funniest part was Alice in the police van pretending to hit on that conservative woman. That was so funny I just could not stop laughing.

And the biggest surprise was Shane. Damn, now some woman has gone and ruined Shane. I cannot believe that she actually sat there all that time waiting for her to call. Why did she have to fall in love with that woman???? She'll never be a priority in her life.

I am sorry, but I disagree. This ep was nowhere near excellent. It was a huge let down.

Why I think so:

1. Too much of the Jenny angle. Why? We already know how tooooo much about her. How about invest in the other characters' development?

2. Ivan - what's he/she there for? To represent a particular group on a mere aesthetic level? Or to give everyone a ride home from jail? No substance, no depth, ergo no impact.

3. Bette and Candace getting separated from the others. Why? Oh yeah, because they're a threat. To whom? To what?

4. I would have rather seen more of the other gals than marine life.

5. The jail wardrobe(...I hope JB got to keep hers).

6. Marina's manipulation workshop (on the trapeze lady) is a but much.


Since I am a big fan, I had to find something to like:

1. Leisha's comedic genius.
2. Preview of T2 (Tina in the coming season). Hot, brilliant and in control.
3. The policewoman who escorted Bette and Candace to their cell. Too friggin funny!!!!
4. How JB made even the Pythagorean theorem sound sexy.

simply_me, I have to agree that there was way too much time spent on Jenny's bizarre writing again. And the marine life wasted valuable time that could have been spent on the characters. I was really hoping that now that the Jenny/Marina/Tim thing seemed to be passing, they were going to start making Jenny a more likable character, but I guess not, at least for now. Sorry to all the Jenny lovers out there. I just don't get her.

Opening- Ummm...Animals, and in this case dolphins and manatees, getting it on isn't really my thing. I know that it brought Gene into the story but seriously it also kinda weirded me out. This is why I don't watch the Discovery Channel.

Dana- Get rid of the loon. She's clearly a starf**ker. What does Dana see in that psycho aside from the fact that she was giving Mr.Piddles the evil eye. I'm by no means a cat person but come on, you don't kick it off of the bed.

Shane- Stay away from crazy Clea. What's with the girls, they seem to be drawn to psychos? Poor Shane, she's fallen in love with a woman with whom she knows she can never really be with.

Alice- Not nearly enough Alice for me in this episode. Although, "Hey good lookin...Grrr" had me rollin. (IMG:style_emoticons/mediablvd/rotfl.gif)

Marina- Two words; Grow up! If she wants Jenny, why doesn't she just tell her and go after her. If not, why go after her hook-up girl. Will she go after Gene next if Jenny starts hooking up with him? Marina seems like she's one episode away from going Kathy Bates, in 'Misery', on Jenny. (IMG:style_emoticons/mediablvd/twisted.gif)

Jenny- Again, imagine my surprise when Jenny didn't annoy the hell out of me. (IMG:style_emoticons/mediablvd/eek.gif) Gene seeme like a nice guy, let's hope she doesn't destroy him too (cough*Tim*cough).

Bette- There are no words to express how I'm feeling about Bette this week, but let me try anyway. WTF??? What is wrong with her? Tina's moving on with her life so Bette decides that it's time to cheat?!! (IMG:style_emoticons/mediablvd/mad.gif) On a lighter note Tina looked fantastic in last night's episode! (IMG:style_emoticons/mediablvd/grin.gif) I do like a professional woman. (IMG:style_emoticons/mediablvd/blush.gif) Tina seems pretty close to perfect, no wonder Bette would cheat. I just love this show. Even when something annoys me, doesn't make sense or is just plain stupid, the bottom line is i'd watch every week for the whole damn year if they played it, and i also realized that this will be the first show i've ever watch that's going to actually hurt when it's over. I'm literally going to cry! I've never felt so involved in one show in my life...i don't even know what that means. I am a huge fan i guess. Anyway i wasn't that crazy about a few things in this episode. I can't stand the chick that Jenny and Marina are both after. Jenny - ok i can see her getting with her, but why Marina? Marina truely played herself...why go after some busted ass chick just because blind jenny wants her? Jenny is basically going after anything that moves right now. UGH
I was disappointed with that aspect, it seemed desperate on her part. If you still want jenny go after her, not after the chick she's trying to get with. She lost MAJOR points from me on that one. Didn't even find her as sexy as i normally do.

Thankfully Bette is majorly taking over my heart. I'm falling for her big time. Now i know what she did was severely messed up, and i already stated in another forum that i want Tina to get with someone else because she doesn't deserve this type of treatment. With that said....OMG I love Bette! She's sooo damn hot, that scene with her in the jailhouse was seriously killing me! She is such a good actress, you really do believe that she's feeling everything that she says and does. She looked so hot for candace, i don't think i've ever seen her look at Tina that intensely. To me she cheated period! She traight up said "I'm F-cking you"! What the heck is that? She might have well did it, cause her heart is defintely not in the right place with Tina. Poor thing. I hope Tina finds out and makes her suffer big time, but i hope that Bette bounces back, because she is human, she was weak, and since i love ION i can understand why! I love the whole story line, it's so compelling.

Shane, oh Shane...what is wrong with you girl? Was the lovin that good? She needs to get over that Sherry chick...why do we always want what we can't have. For some reason though i didn't feel very bad for her....karma is a biatch! I still like Shane though.

Dana is so damn cute, i hate cats and she actually made me smile with how she gets over her cat, she's such a sweety...a girl like that in real life would be a dream to me. She needs to get rid of the wicked witch of the west though! UGH i don't like her at all. (Even though she's pretty). Her personality ruins her looks.

Alice....she just grows on me more and more! LOL @ her looking like she was gonna beat someone up! You go tough girl! (IMG:style_emoticons/mediablvd/grin.gif) She's really freakin cute! Adorable even.

I hope that Kit can help Marina with the business so that she doesn't lose it. We need Marina back...minus her with the busted chicks...i can't bare to watch her with someone that's not up to par for her.

It was interesting seeing Kit with Ivan...LOL @ her not knowing ivan is a girl....how could you not know? It's kinda s shame that they are wasting The actress that plays Ivan like that, she's really pretty...couldn't they have given her a decent hairstyle? I'd be soooooo embarassed to walk down the street with her...forgive me, but it's true. LOL I love Alice too...she's such a cutie pie clown! They need to get Alice a nice beautiful girl to hook up with! She deserves a decent lover that's not a lim and not a total bitch like guin. I'm actually starting to root for her and Dana, can you imagine?

I found this epsidoe to be just alright, nothing major. Those manatees (or were they whales?) had more screen time than my favorite characters (IMG:style_emoticons/mediablvd/rolleyes.gif) . It was boring and pointless.

I actually enjoyed seeing Kit in this episode. I really hope that she becomes Marina's partner of The Planet. That would be cool. It seemed like she was really enjoying Ivan's performance. She kept her eyes on Ivan the whole time. Is she attracted to her? Ivan looks scary in drag but when she's dressed normal, she looks attractive, but I was not feeling that -puffed up in the front- hair style she had going on.

Can someone explain this to me? I understand what Marina was trying to do. She was finding out more information about the new girl that Jenny likes and what they're up to, but was she trying to do that in a friendly way? Or was she coming on to Robin? I couldn't tell with some scenes because in the scene where she lends her the Anne Carson book she stood very close to her and was in her face reciting the lines, so that part made me wonder. I just love the fact that Marina's jealous. Jenny could have given Robin a good bye kiss inside the tool shed. Why do it in front of Tim and throw it in his face? That was lame.

I can't believe that everyone got arrested! Alice's "Hey good looking" in the back of the van was hilarious! The jail scene was unrealistic. I have never been to jail before but do they really change your clothes if you're just sitting in there waiting for someone to bail you out? Those clothes seemed too nice to be jail clothes. I doubt that's what they wear in jail. Or is it different because it's L.A. where even the jail clothes are fashionable.

What is wrong with Bette? Her character is starting to annoy me. She can't control herself at work, in the back of a police van, in a jail cell? What is she? A dog in heat? (IMG:style_emoticons/mediablvd/rolleyes.gif) She was even putting her lips on that dirty jail cell wall. How convenient that they were being held in the same cell away from everyone else. When everyone was bailed out, Candace shook Tina's hand. I hope she at least washed it first after that scene with Bette. (IMG:style_emoticons/mediablvd/lol.gif)

There's not much to tell to be honest. Shane is like a luv sick puppy over Cherie, she waited for hours upon hours for Cherie to pick her up from jail and she never showed. You actually never get to see Rosanna Arquette in this episode...which is a shame cause i like seeing them together. Shane didn't really get much airtime aside from that and her being a shield in the protest. If i forgot anything, it's simply that my mind was too blown by Bette and Candace, so forgive me (IMG:style_emoticons/mediablvd/grin.gif)

But actually I liked Jenny's storyline... Did nobody of you catch her "losing her virginity"-story? She lost it at 13 in a veeeery unromantic way... The way she talked about that in my opinion gave something away about Jenny - she has a very unhealthy attitude to relationships and sex. She follows her instincts a tad too much... I think Tim is probably her only long-term relationship she's ever had, but she needs someone who is not only sexually attractive to her but also mentally. She is a thinker, she is supposedly deep - OMG, she should be with Marina... (IMG:style_emoticons/mediablvd/wink.gif) I liked the guy she's having a date with though, but he seemed so sweet, I don't want her to mess up him as well.

The only thing is i wish Marina would have been doing that to someone else. That storyline was like UGH to me.
I so agree, that Bette scene was the hottest thing, they didn't even have to touch eachother and it was pure fire. There's definitely something between Kit and Ivan, i'm so happy they are making her curious, i just wish they fix Ivan's hair...it's so appalling. LOL
I like the new Tina...Did you see Bette's face when she said she couldn't pick up her dry cleaning? It was priceless. I hope they don't put her with a guy though! I'm not feeling Jenny like before, she's just so out there, like a space cadet or something...LOL Like last episode she was more likable, then she goes back to just being wierd...i don't know, she's confusing because i want to root for her. I hope her and Marina start seeing eachother or something.

Betteand the gang would never have ended up in a jail cell. They would have been fingerprinted, photographed, and given a ticket with a court date and sent on their merry way. How insulting to the audience to put them in jail clothes and stick them in a cell together. It's Ilene's Chaiken wet dream and a bad one at that. This show just keeps getting worse. It's like a bad porno movie without the sex. And please get Marina a real date, worthy of her screen time.
