He was previously in Baywatch Hawaii with fellow NS co-star, Brooke Burns, and appeared on the big screen in "Johnson Family Vacation".

Yeah, I didn't recognize him with the dreads when they showed trailers of the show. (Plus, they show like a flash of him.) That's why I was so surprised when I found out he was on the show!

He is the cool guy that gives out all of the advice and has a good head on his shoulders.

ok, i am liking frankie's character, but i hope we soon fine out more info on him, and he needs a girlfriend or at least a love interest. last night when we were watching it, my mom commented on how cute he was, i was like, hello, did you just notice this!

I think he looks hotter in dreads. (IMG:style_emoticons/mediablvd/drool.gif) Without he looks too pretty. I don't like pretty boys. With dreads he looks more masculine and rough. Yummy, Yummy....rockin' body too!! (IMG:style_emoticons/mediablvd/eek.gif) They need to show more of him! (IMG:style_emoticons/mediablvd/grin.gif)

I think out of all the characters, he seems to stand out. I like that he has this persona of cool and laid back philosopher. Meaning, he's not just into waves and chicks...there's more there. I really hope they develop his character more and give him more story lines instead of being a supporting role. (IMG:style_emoticons/mediablvd/wink.gif)

Yeah, you can sense that there is more to Frankie than meets the eye.. a couple of people mentioned in the ep discussion threads about him disliking the name Franklin. He definitely has a past he'd like to forget..
