It was a real dilemma figuring out whether "FAT LEE" or "FIT LEE" would be the subject.

This topic has been updated. The Hybrid seems to be ART-ATTACKED!

I did NOT want to do this character. Not because I don't like her. But because she's do god damn interesting, while all the pics of her come from low-quality p2p vids (hence, crappy screen shots). So I felt like I couldn't do the character justice.

I went through 2 seperate pics/concepts, until I stumbled on this one by chance.

At first, I used the overhead cap of her, and it just didn't work. Not enough of her, and too much of the effects.
Then, by chance, I placed the side-shot alongside all the effects...and discovered that it hinted at something appealing. So I erased a whole bunch of stuff, and went at it from a new angle.

What came out has to be one of my favourite pieces so far.
I suggest y'all check out the XXL size, not the MED preview.
XXL has more texture, and does the art more justice.

This pretty much ends Art-Attack III.

I've gone through all of the major characters throughout 3 volumes of this series. I, II, and III represent a timeline of my "artistic" development.
All my newbish mistakes, right up to my later refinements.

Hope y'all find these creations useful.

Thanks T-asarlai. These will be it for awhile, in terms of the sigs/avs.

I'm going to take a step back and see if I get any other ideas in terms of BSG art. And maybe I'll go back and redo some pieces that didn't turn out great. But generally, everytime I finish a volume, I don't do anything for another few months.
