I just heard that Just for Feet is closing down. And I thought they were doing well with their "Buy 10 shoes, get the 11th pair free" deals. Maybe too well, I guess. How about you guys?

The K Marts closed in our area a while back and we did some serious damage. The sales were unreal; we got some sterling silver jewelry for like 10 bucks. And we came home with like 3 bags full of purses that were marked all the way down to a few bucks each.

This may soon happen to all their locations, but I'm hearing that Sharper Image is closing their stores and quite possibly aren't accepting gift cards anymore. Can anyone else confirm this in their area too?

I read an article about them filing Chapter 11 but nothing says they are closing. At least not right now.

KB Toys is going out of business. I think their doors will officially close at the end of this year.
