My Sassy Girl - Never heard of it before? Not surprising, unless you watch Asian movies. This is a Korean movie based on a true story between a brash girl and a likable normal guy - the strange way they met and the various adventures they go through while they sort out their feelings for each other. It starts out like a comedy but gradually transitions to a drama/love story as the film progresses. It did very well at the Korean Box Office, and Dreamworks SKG subsequently acquired the rights to it for North America - whether it's planned to simply be distributed here or to be remade here still hasn't been determined.
