I've a problem with my private messages. When I get one, I don't get a pop-up anymore, although it's marked in my profile.

If you have a pop-up blocker on your internet browser it stops the notification of private messages. You can set up your profile to be emailed if you receive a private message though. The only other option is to check your PM box regularly smile.gif

Messages stay in your outbox until the person you are sending it to reads it. Have you tried contacting the person in another way to check whether they are looking at their PMs?

Maybe the sentbox is full. confused.gif

That's a good point Aussie. Also that makes me wonder if the person you're trying to send to has too many messages in their inbox

Anyone have any idea how to set up Norton Internet Security 2005 so it will allow PM's?

I assume you mean allowing the pop-up box that alerts you to a new PM? The PM itself should be unaffected by any firewall or antivirus software.

The simple answer is to set the preferences/options to allow pop-ups, but that will allow any pop-up. Probably the easiest thing to do is what I do. I simply set my MB preferences to send me an email if I have been sent a PM smile.gif
