I screwed up my registration by accidentally typing in my actual name as my user name. I want to start over by unsubscribing but how. I can't continue here with my name exposed. Please, could someone direct me out so I can come back in.

Well you just need to reregister under the username that you wish to use 
i see that your real name has been de-registered as you are showing up as a guest
