Well I could tell lots of stories about Major, my friend's pepsi drinking horse but one of my favorite memories of him was the day that Sue, in his mind, did something really terrible to him. I think she trimmed his bridle path or something horrible like that. Anyway he was P.O.d and would have nothing to do with her.

She tried to make up to him by telling him what a nice handsome horse he was but he stood and looked at her in disgust for a minute or so then very deliberately turned his rear end to her. Carefully positioned it right in front of her face, lifted his tail, and launched a gas attack. Then satisfied that he had gotten his point across stalked haughtily across the paddock.

Elliott's new thing is to go into the bathroom and grab qtips. He tend takes the ends off of it and brings the stick part to anyone who is sitting down. Haven't quite figured out why yet.

Oh man, I once rode this mare in a show. We were doing so well in the hack class, until we rode passed the judge and she farted right then and there.

I never did come back with kitty wars, did I? I'll have to type it up. It's ongoing.

Lance's latest. He LOVES hoses. Even before I got him his breeder used to tell me stories about him getting the hose. Her water pressure was low in the pastures so she'd just leave the hose to fill the trough and go do something. Lance would grab the hose and spray the other horses, and Anne, the breeder, given the chance. Now I have good pressure so I just usually stand there while I water. Well couple of days ago, I left a little bit of the end of the hose sticking thru the fence. Lance pulled the entire 50 foot lenght in his paddock and then I spy him running in a half circle with the hose in his mouth lunging himself.

Another Lance "mouthy" story. For those who have never met me. I have hair to my butt. Generally doing barn work I braid it in one long braid down my back. So as I'm leading Lance to his day paddock he grabs the end of my braid as I have the lead on him I guess he feels he's "leading" me also
