I haven't seen her, but I read about her character. I don't know what's going to happen on 'Shadow', but how do you feel about her becoming on of those characters that come to visit here and there?

I think Meg will be a great addition to the cast that will pop up every now and then just to wreck havoc on the boys.

Still on the the Impala getting wreck... How do you see it happens? Do you think it will be during a funny scene, serving as a comic relief, or will it be during a high pursuit or another dangerous situation?

Personally I want to see it as something dangerous, but only because I could never find anything funny about wrecking the Impala.

Well, since I believe that the Impala is going to be with us for as long as the series runs (and let's hope it will run for years!), I actually can see Sam wrecking it, and hearing about it from that moment until the show is over

i reckon it is wrecked in a dangerous way..and he will be so bummed and yep obsess and winge over it for ages

Okay, so there's the theory that Dean has a secret... Let's open it, shall we? [Going with the US air dates!]

I think the bleeding eyes in 'Bloody Mary' made it clear that Dean holds a secret. At some point I thought that it might have to do with the events of 'Something Wicked', and that the secret was that he had put Sam's life in danger while they were kids (by leaving him alone), but I'm not so sure anymore.

What if Dean, as a small child, wanted baby Sammy out of his life? What if he wished that his baby brother, who took his parents attention (which previously was solely his), was gone? Then the demon that came that night (to take Sammy?) was his fault. His mother death was his fault. The life they have been living ever since were his fault.

Sam said in the end of 'HellHouse', "It kind of mades you wonder... Of all the things we've hunted... how many existed just 'cause people believed in them?". And the look on Dean's face...

Okay, general question: What about school? They seem to have constantly be on the road. Where did the boys learn? And what did the eduction system had to say about two children running around with their father?

well if sam is at college- he must have gone 2 school

maybe they were home taught..or didnt do long road trips until after school?

I don't really see John sitting home and tutoring them... So it could be the later, only I was always under the impression that they were constantly on the road...

I like the fact that the series don't actually come out and say it, leaving room for speculations. 'Croatoan' is tricky, because everything suggests that it was all about Sam, but the demon talked about the Winchester boy being immune. The logical assumption seems to be that he was talking about Sam, but what if he meant something else? Maybe it was a test for Dean, to see how far he'll go for Sam?

I just looked at the covers of the DVDs, and while I don't think I have thought about it before, maybe they tell the a story? The season story?

Season 1 cover - Both brothers are armed, with Sam standing pretty far behind Dean, while both of them are quite far from the 'viewers', but are looking at 'them' (us). In the back, aside from the Impala, we see salt and the sky are cloudy.

Season 2 cover - Both brothers are very close to the 'viewers', still looking at 'them' (us). We don't see weapons, but we do see a cross. Oh, and Sam is still behind Dean.

Season 3 cover - For the first time, Dean is behind Sam, and he is not looking at the 'viewers' but rather down. It can also be argued that Sam doesn't look directly at the 'viewers'. And in the background, we have a road sign.

What do you think?

lyric, after reading your post i went to Amazon to check the covers. And i think you're right... There is some idea in this pictures.

The first one is so.. general i would say. It shows what the Winchestre-life is like. And the brothers are in some way apart. Dean's ahead and he is looking forward as though this road, this way is for him, as if he has accepted it. And Sam is standing almost with his back to this road and is looking over his shoulder as if someone has called him when he was just stepping the opposite way.

On the second one both of them look forward, now this road is meant for them both. They go forward with their Impala. And behind is not only a cross but also some headstones, may be a cemetary like death is always behind them or like it always follows them.

And on the third one, they are near this road sign, on a crossroad. And Dean is no more looking forward. On this crossroad his own road ends up. And Sam's looking forward but he also can not turn with his back to his brother.

May be this is only imagination but i'd like to see the cover for the fourth season now.
