Hello jturpin and welcome to MediaBlvd. 
We receive an enormous number of requests for specific forums, and unfortunately we can't possibly have one for all of them. To help us narrow down what topics our users would most like to see boards for, we have a Requests & Campaigns Forum where people can suggest forums for the staff to consider. The more support you can get from other posters, the more likely we will be able to establish a forum.
In the meantime, please feel free to visit our General TV Forum under the Television - Drama Category to meet others who wish to discuss Law and Order.
