For me, it's Steve Perry's song - "You Better Wait" Probably porque I can relate to the lyrics, not to mention the melody.
But, the again, his album, "For the Love of Strange Medicine" gives me goosebumps.

Great question!
Sun Stands Still by Bleach. I saw them play it live once with the fog & mist rolling in, they had to turn of the speakers & play acoustic and ever since it gives me chills listening to it.

Backstreet Boys - Back to you heart. Reminds me everytime I hear it of when I saw them in concert! They performed it brilliantly (well the whole concert was fab!) and I remember getting goosebumps when I saw them live and its really no different when I listen to their CD.

Oh God. "Middle Man" by Dive Index gives me goosebumps every single time I listen to it. Listening to it is, like, guilty pleasure to me

And a music artist that gives me goosebumps is Pete Loeffler of Chevelle (a.k.a. the best band in the entire UNIVERSE!)....*drools*

I'm usually a top 40 kind of person with a love of 80's metal, but lately, while trolling around Myspace, I've found lots of great bands. I just found a new artist there called Blythe Milby - she's kind of got this bluesy rock thing going on and I'm absolutely loving it.
