When I try to log onto this site using my regular computer, it says I'm banned.

Hello there. I had a look at your profile but there is nothing there to say you have been banned. Actually that's quite a rare thing to happen. We'd usually warn you first if you had done something wrong, but you have not been warned about anything as far as I can see. Maybe try clearing the cookies and cache on your computer? If you were actually having problems with a different username please let us know what name that was so that we can investigate that one too

I am wondering if her home computer has an IP address that has been banned. It is not uncommon to have an IP address that many others share and if someone using that IP got themselves banned, she may be caught in the ban.

Nope, all her IP numbers come just from her.

I think though if it is telling her it she is banned, it never actually gets to the point of registering the IP of that location in our records. I think it just compares it to the list. I could be wrong though.

That's what I thought too, because like you've said before no reason for her to have been banned has come up. Plus, nothing's wrong with her profile.

I thank everyone for all the replies! I finally got through today. What I did was change my IP address, and it worked. :-)
