I do like it, I actually think it probably fits into the same similar genre (if you're looking for a similar Brendan performance) as "Kill Me Later" (which I liked as well) except it's more upbeat and not as 'downing' if that makes sense.

I very much liked Kill Me Later, the film. It was perhaps one of my least fav Brendan performances. I just couldn't buy him that naive and dumb. Perhaps I would have had a different reaction if I didn't know him as an actor before I saw the film. I have that same reaction to several actors. I could never buy Jodie Foster as a not bright character. Some people's intelligence just shows in every aspect of their person.

He isn't very intelligent in Childstar - but maybe that has all been sucked out of him because of his circumstances - he's just unaware of anything but himself. Such a prat.... and we could never see Brendan like that

Pixie Queen where did you see Comeback Season? - it isn't on Amazon BTW caps on all Brendan's work are much appreciated

Sue- PM'ed you, but I originally saw it in April earlier this year at the premiere - theater wise- Tribecca YW Though, I think my uncle gave the film to my dad and I have no idea where my uncle found it That's what I was told anywho.

Vin- Maybe I was a tad wrong earlier, it's moreso 'the supportive fiancee role' more than a "Billy-esque' (Kill Me Later) performance. However, the good guy tone is implied

According to imdb (Comeback Season, its going to come out on dvd on February 13th next year. I saw it at the Tribeca Film Festival this summer and it was really cute.

CS premiered on Movie Central 3 here in Canada on Thursday evening. Didn't watch it.. CSI was on.

I'm so dissappointed that it didn't air on any of the Canadian channels I get . Guess I will have to wait until it comes out on DVD.

I'd tape it, but I don't know when it will be on next. It was on tonight, but we were flipping through the channels and since our VCR isn't in sync with our digital cable box, you can't program it to tape unless there's no one watching tv. Also, I don't have the cash to send... you're better off pre-ordering it.

I was just giving you a hard time about not putting Bren first on your TV watching

I just watched this movie tonight. It's a quiet little movie, a bit slow moving at times, but I liked it.

Did anyone else notice that they mis-spelled Brendan's first name in the opening credits?

I liked it too, kinda quaint in a way but I suppose that was the desired effect.

They spelled his name with a nice O and replaced the A

I Liked it & it is the perfect "type" of movie my parents, would like to see.

Why can't people spell his name right?

I don't know Vinity, seems that he has the same problem I have, nobody can even say my name right let alone spell it, & of course they always X- up my last name, all the time! It's pretty annoying eh! Oh sorry for the oto-ing,
