Did anyone watch the Emmy's tonight? I was bummed that most of my favorites didn't win. I was really excited to see Katie win for Grey's Anatomy though. She certainly deserved it. She looked beautiful and gave a lovely acceptance speech. I thought the Kanye West bit was pretty funny too.

Hey Pixies , sorry I haven't been around much. I've been out of town training. My company merged and half the work is going to Iowa and the other half to New York and I had to go to both locations to train the people who are taking over our work.

So how has everyone been? The board seems a little quiet lately but it's summertime (well it was summertime ) so that makes sense. Did everyone have a good summer?

Keri, I did see some of the emmys but not all of it. We were watching the baseball game most of the night.

I did watch a great movie last week, Notes on a Scandal. If you haven't seen it yet, you should rent it.

Oh and I'm not sure why but Majandra's starometer on IMBd is up 54% this week. That is a huge increase for Majandra, not even when Tarte came out did it go up that much. People were looking her up a lot last week considering she doesn't have any new film/tv projects coming up. Hopefully they found their way over to her site and her myspace page to hear some of her songs.

Ok off to my last Monday of work. Is it wrong that I'm kinda excited to be getting out of there .

My summer is just starting here in Australia!! Yay! It's getting warmer every day. I am dieting at the moment so I can fit into a bikini and look good with all the other beach babes instead of looking like a beached whale!

Unfortunately, I had no vacation this year Keri but I'm planning a cruise in Alaska for next year.

I've wanted to an Alaskan cruise for years. Several of my co-workers have done it. I've heard only good things. I'm sure you'll have a great time.

Did everyone see Brendan is going to be on Bones? I love that show. It will be interesting to see how he interacts with Booth (his onscreen brother) and Bones. I'm glad he's on a show I actually watch. I tried to watch CSI Miami when Brendan was on, but I'm just not a fan of the show. The acting for the most part and the story lines were a little cheesy for me.

It's great to be back in Pixieville!

An Alaskan cruise would be so lovely. I have seen some brochures on them. I went on a cruise around Malaysia and Thailand a few years ago and it was just so relaxing and magic! I would recommend a cruise to anyone.

So excited about Brendan being on Bones! Sounds like he's perfect for the part. And you know YUMMY! I agree with you Kashinn, I could never get into CSI Miami.

Would be lovely to here from MAD. Hope she's enjoying married life. I wonder if there will be any little ones soon. They will have gorgeous kids.

Hi Fi, it's so great to see you over here . Yup, I love to take cruises...it's the best way to travel. Last year we took a cruise around Hawaii and went to several of the islands. Very nice and relaxing.
