Due to a trip to the hospital Saturday and under Doctor's orders, I wont be able to do the program Tuesday.

I have been diagnosed with high blood pressure and four ulcers.

My apologies for having to have to cancel the program this week.

Fingers crossed for a fast recovery. Coming from and married to families, where all have gastric ulcers and worse, I feel with you.
