eek.gif OMG!!! Nooooooooooooooo, I cannot wait until April 23rd. So unfair!! bawl.gif

This show just gets better and better each freaking week.

The new girl has a cool power but very dangerous one too, being she messed with Mr. Bennett and he got caught. sad.gif

Okay so glad Ando came back to save Hiro and Hiro got his powers back! woohoo.gif A very bleak peak at the future though. sad.gif Not good.

Claire finding her Grandmother and being that she has been the one protecting her all along. WOW!! I did not see that one coming.

It is good to see Nikki getting some control back over her life and able to warn Nathan.

So we still do not really know who this Linderman is, but he knows who all of them are. Does he run this "Paper Company" place or is he separate from them? Glad to know that Nathan has basically been on the good guys side all along.

I was freaking out from the very beginning of this episode for Mohinder. I was glad he figured out it was Sylar, but I really did not think he could keep control of him forever. I think I screamed out loud when Sylar froze the bullet and broke free. Please do not let Mohinder die. PLEASE!! bawl.gif

The end... eek.gif Mohinder on the ceiling, bleeding. bawl.gif With Sylar about to take Peter. I think I kept screaming, Peter do SOMETHING!!! ACK!!! Now we have to wait a month and a half. TORTURE!!!!!!!!!! banghead.gif

I slow motioned the previews and noticed Peter does use Sylar's own ability against him, by throwing him away from himself. Sweet! Can't wait to see it!
Lady Isabel
Right when Peter and Sylar FINALLY meet, the show breaks for 6 weeks? That's just cruel. sadsigh.gif

I hope Mohinder will be okay. Sylar did say he needed him and wouldn't hurt him for a while. And, with Peter on the scene his chances or survival are much improved.

I felt sad that Claire had to leave her family in Texas, but being in New York with her bio-family is the safest thing for her. I LOVE mama Petrelli!

Sure, we've seen Linderman's face now. But, is he the head guy? Who's pulling the strings ultimately? Is it Hiro's father?

Niki's character is still the least interesting, but at least she's found a way around evil Jessica.

Woah! I haven't seen a shape-shifter since Roswell. The new girl has a really cool power. What a way to trick HRG.
WildB
Yeah I still wonder who is behind all of this. I really do wonder if it is Hiro's dad. Perhaps his dad has powers too. shrug.gif Who knows.

Oh yeah Roswell had the shape shifter, that is right. lol.gif
Lady Isabel
I wonder that too about Hiro's father. He must have a power.

Mama Petrelli knows more than she's letting on. I think she's a big key to all of this.

Oh, and another thing. Now that we know Simone is really dead. Will she make an appearance now and then courtesy of the shape shifter? We haven't heard anything about the actress leaving the show.
WildB
Well about Simone, I personally never got into her that much, so if she is gone for good that is fine. That had said someone would die, so I am thinking she was the one to die.

All these powers seem to be family related now, so I am thinking Hiro's dad and maybe Mama Pertelli has some power secret too.

I won't miss her. She was my least favourite character.

True, very true. nod.gif

So my VCR timer concked out on me last night, but thankfully, I found someone who had Tivo'd it, and it was awesome!!!

We finally have confirmation of a Sylar/Peter faceoff, even if we do have to wait weeks for it. I feel confident that Peter and Mohinder are going to be OK. Otherwise, Mohinder would already be dead.

I was predicting when I saw Simone in the commercials that it was really a shapeshifter. I agree that her character was a little stale to me, so I'm not super broken up that it wasn't her.

Sylar got Mohinder monologuing, anyone who has seen the Incredibles knows that's a bad idea lol.gif

Glad Niki is back. It looks like she might become more interesting now that she's connecting with the other characters.

It was starting to be interesting to see Mrs Bennett having some depth to her, it's just too bad that it ended up being a trap. I wonder what happened to her, and what's going to happen to HRG now.

Yay, Ando came back!! I thought he would. What a great scene! Can't wait to see how they figure out how to stop the bomb.

The whole Grandma twist was quite a shock to me, too. It stands to reason that either Grandma or Grandpa Petrelli had powers. I'm guessing that it's Grandma, since she knew enough to try and protect Claire. This could explain the connection to Linderman, since Mr Petrelli was working for him.

As the episode begins, we’re brought back to the moments after Isaac shot Simone, and as one would expect, it does nothing to bring Isaac and Peter closer together. Isaac blames Peter, even though he pulled the trigger. Somehow, that’s not particularly surprising. Neither is his descent back into drug addiction. Seeing his own demise is a just reward.

Mohinder pulls a nice move on Sylar right at the beginning of the episode, even as he continues to generate the list of potential superhumans. It’s nice to see Mohinder demonstrating the intelligence that he was supposed to have from the beginning, even if he didn’t know enough to stop Sylar in any meaningful way. This association seems to be how Sylar gets the information about Isaac, which ties into Hiro’s original jump into the future. Now it’s a question of how that will play out. Peter’s standing in the way now, which has been a long, long time coming!

Hiro arrives in Los Vegas, determined to get into Linderman’s lair and gain possession of the sword. Nathan’s arrival gives him the perfect opportunity. Once again, the deepening connections and interactions between the characters provide a satisfying payoff. Ando’s return to the story was even more rewarding. Is Hiro right? Is his vision of the future immutable? Or will this twist directly tie into his visit with Peter back at the beginning of the arc?

Mr. Bennett, as anticipated, is no longer quite so restrained in his actions. If anything, that makes him a lot more dangerous, because he has his own motives. He sets himself up as something of an independent agent. His new associate (Candace? Faith?) is equally dangerous, for very different reasons. For one thing, she’s quite attractive and confident, not unlike Eden earlier in the season. Her mind-warp ability should prove to be interesting, because it could play into Peter’s vision. Trading Simone for her was a damn good move.

A plot point from earlier in the season, Linderman’s involvement in Nathan’s campaign, comes back in a major way. As it turns out, Nathan is working with the FBI to take Linderman down for illegal activities. Using Jessica to eliminate that threat was a good move on Linderman’s part, if only because it weaves her into the big picture even more. Jessica continues to be a lot more fun than Niki ever was, something that Micah certainly appreciates. That’s not to say that Niki is impotent under the current circumstances, as her scene with Nathan aptly demonstrates.

In a nice touch, Claire struggles with the implications of her new existence. Her play with the Haitian may not be the best move in the world, but she is taking control of her own future, which is better than playing the victim. In trying to find her own way, she stumbles onto an incredible connection. Who thought that the Haitian was working for Mrs. Petrelli all this time? If she was trying to protect Claire, then that would explain why she tried to keep Nathan from meeting with her biological mother.

This is the perfect episode to mark the beginning of the resolution, and while it would have been tempting to break into the hiatus with the previous episode, it’s better to give the audience a hint of the resolving plot threads to make sure they all show up when the final five hours hit in late April. I’m just happy that the series is finally living up to its potential.

i think it was peter/nathans dad that had powers - remember he did kill himself!! mayb his powers got too much for him!
maybe both of them have powers
cos claires bio parents both have parents - so does she,
niki nd DL both have powers - so does micha!
neways we'll see in april bawl.gif
WildB
Yeah I have often thought about the Petrelli's dad and why he committed suicide. Maybe it was due to his powers that he did, that is a good point. Or maybe he was really killed by someone....hmmmmm.

I can't believe they left us with this episode! I was literally shouting when Sylar got Peter! I hope he can use Claire's power before Sylar can get his brain!

Anyway, this has been bothering me for since this show started... what does Sylar do with the brains of his victims?
WildB
Well I hear we will find out at some point what he does with the brains, but it may not be until next season. eek.gif
SoY
Oh ok.. well, if it is kinda gross, it is ok with me if they won't show it soon lol.

(oh you have Eric on your banner!Wuhoo! Love him!)
WildB
Yeah CSI and Eric are my other obsessions. lol.gif
SoY
Me too! Love Greg more when he was on DNA Lab.

Back to Heroes, I am not a fan of the new girl.... argh.

(BTW, Suresh is TV's #2 sexiest man)
WildB
I know! I love Mohinder. He is so HOT!!

I love Greg no matter where he is. grin.gif
