I have to go with Pan's Labyrinth. I'm not much for reading subtitles ( they take away from the movie to me), but this was defiantly exempt.

My favorite is The Princess Bride! Ever since I was a little girl I loved that movie. I watched that movie so much my mother hates it!!! Also, I had a huge crush on Cay Elwes & I find it so strange he hasn't aged at all. I'll watch movies just because he's in them. FYI he's in a few episodes in season 9 of The X-files. One of my favorite shows.
The Colour Puprle. Spielberg classic i believe.
Fight Club & Titanic.

If you love Cary Elwes, I hope you saw Ella Enchanted. I loved him in that!

My all time favourite movie is Terminator 2. I have watched it on average twice a week since I was nine years old. At last count, I had watched it almost 2000 times.
