Hi - This is a question for those of you who have bought things on eBay before.. Can you usually trust the sellers on eBay? I mean, will I risk paying money for an item I will never receive? I'm looking to buy a particular pair of sunglasses for a friend of mine.
Feedback is appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Rene! I only shop from sellers who have between a 98 percent to 100 percent rating. Also, you want to read the feedbacks left for them. Online shopping is always risky so just make sure to use Paypal and read the seller's detailed listing carefully so you don't get duped.

In my experience, yes and no, for clothing and cheaper accessories your pobably ok. For collectible high end items, i suggest you be extremely wary. For example i found a seller selling a Tag Heuer Carrerra watch, it turned out to be a fake, which was confirmed to me when i took the seller to a trusted watch specialist. That excursion ended fairly badly.
My only advice is simply "buyer beware".

Yeah, there's always a risk when it comes to shopping online even though it's sometimes cheaper that way. Their seller feedback is a key to if they're trustworthy or not.
