Most of those shows that you mentioned were not cancelled. They simply ended.
I'd definitely have to go with State of Grace though. It was cancalled way too soon. But, maybe it's for the best. It never got a chance to "jump the shark"-which so many shows seem to be doing these days.
Cool topic!

Young Americans -- I'll never forgive the WB for this.
Dark Angel -- just when it was about to get even more interesting ...
Jack & Jill -- eep! I read what was going to happen if the show would have continued ... damn!
Popular -- we'll never know if Brooke got really hit by her ... and I would have loved to see Sam and Harrison together *sob*
Roswell -- grrr, one of the best shows and they cancel it ... big tssss

i know what you mean, now it just ended with no "ending"

S3 would've been so good. i mean S2 wasn't that great compared to S1, but S3 could've have so many diff. possibilities

Popular.
Most definitely Popular.
It was one of THE most original shows on the air, a perfect mix of gut busting comedy and surreal drama, that managed to teach you the same lessons that Dawson's Creek and 90210 tried to do, without sounding preachy. It had it's own unique style that made it so addictive. Stupid WB never knows what a good thing it has.

I 2nd that

I loved that show too...Dern ABC, only airing 4 episodes

(Why I feel lucky us Dark Angel fans got atleast 2 seasons, we could have not had any episodes or only 4 then bye bye) Then the war came and took it's place every night. I know it was important to bring the news home but it was on FOX news channel 24hrs a day and they still put stuff on at 8PM at night on the local channels. Why it never re aired I think. Most importantly to me though is Dark Angel....Shouldn't have been cancelled...hear me FOX? Shouldn't have been
So here's my list of cancelled shows:
Dark Angel

Much as I love what Roswell could have been, I didn't mind the cancelation, they were messing with it too much
The main show I'll never get over cancellation
{other than Farscape, which isn't cancelled anymore
did I say that?} Was
Strange Luck with BD Sweeney. That was a great show!

I have noticed the guy who played his roommate popping up in many guest starring roles lately(CSI, CSI:Miami, several others). I liked the way they played off each other.

and the # 1 show that it PIZZES me off to no end that was cancelled.. FAMILY GUY!!.
Although I think Birds of Prey had a little ways to go in the acting department to make it a GREAT series.. it had ALOT of potential.
The rest were just wrongly killed off. They blamed poor ratings on poor viewership, BUT they never tried different time slots and if they DID they shuffled the shows around so much people had no idea when they were on and just gave up trying.

Hiya,
I used to love DC.. but the whole Joey/Pacey plot line didn't take my fancy, the last series was suppose to be great - I'll need to catch up. Right now I'm busy with Angel and Charmed
And new shows such as tarzan Tru and Jake 2.0 ( on the side)
I live in the UK and Gilmore Girls comes on Nickelodeon right and its series 1 and found out there are actually 5 series

not fair plus its taking its time coming out on DVD

I mean how much did we all need to fight for Roswell
I want Charmed and Gilmore Girls to come out on DVD and The O.C that would be great
Enough of my ramblings goodnightie people
