Okay so lets discuss Mark and Izzie, as friends, a couple or whatever I will add a picture later.

Mark and Izzie would have an interesting relationship regardless of how it’s defined. Katie and Eric Dane have amazing chemistry; I can’t get enough of their scenes together. If I could wish for anything to happen in season four, it would be for Mark and Izzie to get together in some capacity. I think a friendship between the two of them would add an enormous amount of playfulness and comedy to the show. Their bantering scenes are unfailingly hilarious. Ideally, though, I would love to see them in a romantic relationship – I think there are paralleling aspects of their lives that could easily draw them together (most notably, the adulterous involvement within the relationship of their best friends), yet the obvious differences in their personalities would create an interesting romantic dynamic.

And please, Pooh – hurry up with that picture! It’s not like you have anything more important to do.

I don't think Izzie could really fall for Mark. She knows too much
about him, but yeah I'd love to see them develop a strong friendship
then...well,...I guess...things may happen. So yeah!!!

I think they could easily have a friendship. The kind of friendship that izzy had with alex when everyone else hated him. It might eventually change him and bring him closer to the group. Which i actually dont know wether that would be a good or bad thing. All i know is i love McSteamy!

When McS first joined the cast I though,t 'Yay! Finally someone
relatively close to her hotness!' then he turned out to be a
man~whore and Izzie was all heart, so that wasn't going to work.
However, he's softened a bit and the whole Denny thing added
layers to her so the gap between them isn't so much

I'm begining to take to them, btw isn't Alex with the goatee kinda looking like

You know I think they are very very cute together! ... So if Alex and Izzie break up again, which is very likely... knowing that its a drama and happy couples dont happen... or i thought they didnt, know its all love with MerDer xD... bacvk to my point... if they do break up I would like to see them get together... And they kind of gave me some good scenes between them already, which made me like them even more... and on the fall premier... they are very cute... looking at each other... xD... ok i might be paranoid... its just a look xD

oh and i loved the scene where he's all "If ur gonna rub up against me u gotta get me a drink first" (it might be different... i dont have THAT good memory xDDDDDDDDD)

I'm still waiting on McStizzie....I mean Mark/Izzie to happen lol. I always loved their scenes together, but I don't see them hooking up yet until they get out of their love entanglements they are in now. Alas, I'm still hoping someday I get my wish fulfilled because GA has a tendency of fulfilling my wishes as a fan (George/Izzie, seeing Izzie's daughter, and Denny/Izzie). I would have loved seeing friendship scenes between them this season, but it seems Callie took that role. Which is fine because I'm really enjoying Callie and Mark's friendship this season .

I'm hoping we get some scenes between McStizzie during the course of Izzie's illness storyline .

Uhh I know... Lexie and Marc have to break *what ever it is that they have* up for McStizzie to happen... But its just that... on the fall premiere... Izzie and Marc were SOO looking at each other... which could mean nothing, then again it could mean a storyline =D...
And yep... I like Marc and Callie's friendship... its pretty cool!...

Never know in GA Land. I thought it could have mean something too not only because they were looking at each other, but they were also looking at each other in the big ABC Fall Promo that aired right before the fall premiere where they had Katherine in a smokin' hot red dress . You just never know especially in a show like this, so I'm still hoping Mark and Izzie will happen.....someday.
