Owen deals.

I quite like the twist at the end of this one - where we find Owen came up to help the girl and not to jump with her.

And also seeing his pain at not being able to save the old man - because he couldn't give him CPR.

I thought Tosh needed to have said something after his rant at her - I liked how Owen was suitably embarrassed? awkward? around her afterwards.

I have other thoughts, but really need to watch this one again before I say more.

I am getting tired of so many Owen-centric eps though. Much as he's really grown on me as a character, we need to let the others have some airtime too!

Absolutely agree too many Owen-centric eps and I still don't like him much. So how are they going to keep him around if he doesn't heal? Plus, makeup could get tiresome

Too many things about this ep bothered me. They no breath thing was done in Buffy and it didn't work then. They do have breath or they couldn't talk. The lungs function they just don't need to breath to live.

How did that old dude know so much about details of the people on Torchwood? He knew way more about them than they knew about him.

I really hope Tosh won't settle for Owen like this. I really don't like their relationship at all RTD did a better job of un-requinted love with Martha and the Doctor.

My husband was watching this with me. He didn't buy the scene with the dying old man either. He said with all the equipment he had there, he would have had an ambu bag (you connect it to oxygen and put it over the guys face and squeeze it. ) .


This is why I don't let him watch House with me.

DV hasn't been able to watch any medical thing in forever. Not since St. Elsewhere and he didn't ever try and see that as a medical thing. He liked Mandy Patinkin, he quite watching after he left. Everything else even pisses him off just walking thru a room when it's on

Well,I'm such a TW fangirl these days, I watch it any time I can. I don't know what it is about me that would rather watch something I've already seen that I love...then new stuff that won't do that for me. I think its because I notice more every time I see it.

I can't stand to see any horse stuff. ANYTIME a horse is on TV it neighs, now, horses almost never do that. They call to each other sometimes, or for food, but almost never when they are under tack. At a show or a new place they may call for a friend but it's considered bad, they only do it in extreme cases.
