I smile bitting my bottom lip then kinda blush "tha-thank you...I should probably get changed I mean this was just for Jamie to see it since he wanted to..I`ll..I`ll be right back."

I look at my momma then at Nathan. She elaves and Nathan has this look "do you like my momma???"

Nathan----"What?" Jamie repeats himself "Oh....um.....we used to....um....we used to be in love Jamie. When we were younger. So yeah I will always have a special place in my heart for your momma but we are with different people now. I am married to Brooke and your momma is going to marry Michael. I want her to be happy."

Jamie

"It would be cool if you got togheter..I like Micheal, but I dont know..It would be cool" I say as I look down "hey do you wanna see Chester?? He is my best friend! I`ll brb!" I say as I run upstairs to get Chester.

I take off my wedding dress and go put on the guest room cuz I didnt want Micheal to see it. I feel burteflies and hot. I look in the mirror and my cheeks are blushing "Stop it Haley.." I whisper "You are going to get married in 7 days..so stop it!" I put a jeans and a t-shirt then run my fingers thru my hair and go downstairs "Hey..so uh..you wanna something to drink, or something??" I look around "Where`s Jamie??"

Nathan-----Haley comes back down stairs "He wants to me to meet Chester. Maybe I should not say this Haley but you looked so beautiful in that dress. Michael is a lucky man."

Haley

He says that Jamie wants him to meet Chester and I smile "oh..he is cute, kinda of a big bunny but too cute" I chuckle "Jamie loves him." he then says I looked beautiful in the wedding dress "Oh..tha-thank you..well..I hope he knows that he is a lucky man.." I chuckle kinda nervous "I think I need water.." I say as I swallow the I reach for a cup. "So..do you want to drink something??"

Nathan----I watch as Haley leans up to get a glass. "Water would be good." We both say ice water together than we look at each other and laugh. Water was always the thing that turned us both on. I look at her and see the tattoo of my jersery number "You....you still have that?"

Haley

"Yeah..i-ice water is..is good.." I swallow again. Oh man..this was not good. Then he asks if i still have it "Have what??" he looks down then to me and says the tatto "Oh..uh..ye-yeah.." I clean my throat and pull my shirt down to cover it.

Nathan----"I....I thought maybe you would have gotten it removed."

Haley

"Well..when I first found out about you and Brooke I did..but I was pregnant and already in pain so..I kinda decided to remove after having the babies..but then I had the babies and things got crazy..so..I dont know..maybe I forgot or maybe I didnt have the..guts to remove it.."

Nathan----"Yeah....I under stand." It has othing to do with you Nate and she no longer has feelings for you and you should not for her...you are married to Brooke and you love her.

Haley

I look at him and we get quiet for a while. I clean my throat "Uh..here is your water.." I say as I hand him then water and outr fingers touch and I almost drop the glass "uh..you know I think I am gonna go check on Jamie..he is taking a while to come back.''

Nathan------"Yeah......uh.....ok." I take the glass from her hand and I hope she does not see that mine is shaking a little. Being around Haley brings back the old memories. Even though I love Brooke I can not help but still care about Haley.

Haley

I look into his eyes and I cant move. I dont know why..I love Micheal, I do but everytime I am around Nathan I feel chills and all thsoe things I used to feel. And I shouldnt. He is about to say something so I run my hand thru my hair "I`m gonna go get Jamie and Lily."

Nathan-----I nod my head at her. Jamie comes in to the kitchen than holding a buuny and telling me this is Chester. Jamie looks so cute and so proud of his pet. I go over to him "Hey Chester...."

"Hey baby, why did you take so long??"

"Chester is heavy momma"

I chuckle 'yes, he is! I´m gonna go get your sister, ok?" i kiss his forehead then look at Nathan and I go get Lily "hey little princess.."

Lily-----"Hi momma. Is some one here besides Jamie and you?"

Nathan-----"He is a really cute bunny. What do you feed him?"

"He has special food and carrots..he luuuvs carrots!"


Haley

"Yeah baby, Nathan is downstairs..remember him?? That cool guy who gave you that doll and went with us to the beach??"

Nathan----"Where do you keep him?" I never had a pet growing up so I was interested in knowing about my son's. I look at Jamie and think 'wow he is my son'

Lily----"Yeah I remember. He is a very nice man momma."

Haley

"Ye,s he is" i run my fingers thru her hair "and he likes you very much sweetie. So how about we go downstairs??"


Jamie

"He stays in my bedroom! Do you wanna see his house???"

Nathan----"Sure. I would like to see his house. I have never seen your bed room before."

Lily-----"Momma why is he here so much lately?"

Haley

"uh..welll uh..he`s..well he is my friend and he is in town for a while so we are uh..catching up sweetie.."

Jamie

"Follow me!! I`ll show you!"

Lily----"Oh ok momma. He is nice. Uncle Luke said he was his brother so I guess he is our uncle."

Jamie----I follow Jamie up stairs and I over hear what Lily is saying. I stand out of her room to see what Haley will say.

Haley

"Uh..he`s..uh..." I dont know what to say..I really dont. I cant tell Lily Nathan is her father cuz i want her to get know him and I want to Nathan and I to tell her "baby...uh..can we talk about this later?? I mean Nathan is waiting for us and it`s kinda rude to let him waiting for a long time.."

Lily----"Ok momma."

Jamie----"Momma I am going to show Nathan my room."

"Oh ok.." I am sitting in Lily`s bed then I look at Nathan 'i need to talk to you..' I mouth to him.

Nathan----I look at Lily and smile "Hello..." I look at Haley and smile and nod my head a little. I look at Lily's room and the doll I gave her is on her bed "You have a very nice room Lily."

Jamie----"Its way too girley. Come on Mr Nathan and see my room."

Nathan----Jamie takes my hand and tries to drag me and I laugh.

I laugh as Jamie calls Nathan MR Nathan "Baby..you dont have to call him mister"

"Hi Nathan.." I say shily but smile "nice to see you again.." I go over him and give him a hug then Jamie says my room is too girley "of course it is! It`s because I am a girl!! And older than you!" I smirk.

Haley

I chuckle. Jamie hated when Lily tell people she is older..even if it is just two minutes older..but that was enough to make Jamie pouty. "OK guys..no fighting, ok??"

Jamie----"Ok momma but she can be so mean."

Nathan----I get down at Jamie's eye level "Lucas is my big brother and he is always calling me little brother. At first I did not like it but now I know he is playing with me and it is ok. I bet you will get that way with Lily." Lily comes over than and hugs me and I hug her back "The two of you are the best children ever."

Brooke: i was asleep when i felt this real bad pain in my stomch i wake up " NAthan?" i look around and he was not there i call the nures she runs in " somthing is wrong i think.... i think it is time"

Lily

"Yeah baby, but you know Jamie doesnt like so try not to do that, ok??" I say as I get closer to them and run my fingers thru her softy hair. I look at Nathan and smile. He was such an amazing father. I know that he was always scared of being like Dan or whateverb ut that wasnt it. He was great! So kind, careful, caring.

I freeze and look at Nathan "uh.."

i swallow and I get tears in my eyes "uh..you know what..why dont you guys stay here and uh..momma is gonna need to check on dinner, ok??" I get up and leave the room.


Nurse

"I´ll go get the doctor."

Nathan----"Jamie why dont you take Lily and me to see Chesters home and your room now?" We go in his room and give Haley a few minutes to calm down by herself. "I will be right back....." I look at Jamie than at Lily and they both nod their heads. They are busy playing so I am going to go check on Haley. I go in to the kitchen "Haley.....I......I think they are both ready to hear the truth."

Haley

"I..I know..God Nathan they are gonna hate me..I took them away from you and they..they love you already..Jamie will never forgive me..he will never forgive that his mother took them away from his father..he always missed having one..Lily too but Jamie missed more..and It´s my fault..I was so selfish..I only cared about my broken heart.." I wipe away some tears "you really great with them, you know??" I sigh "I`m just..really scared.." he walks over me and i look at him then I take a deep breat, he kida opens his arms so I look into his eyes then after a few second I go hug him. He wraps his arms around me and somehow i feel safe. This was not good..

Nathan----"You are their mother so they will always love you. We will explain to them what happened and they are smart they know you love them. It will be ok but I think it is time for us to tell them. I want to tell them every second I am around them and I am afraid it will slip out before we get a chance to explain."

Haley

I nod "yeah..you are right..we need to tell them..no matter how hard it will be..they deserve to know..they deserve to ccall you their father..' I wipe away my tears then i look into his eyes and mdy heart start to beat really fast.

Nathan----I look down in to her big brown eyes and the memories of what we used to have come rushing back. I know a part of me....a bigger part than I thought.....still loves her. I look at her lips and I want so much to kiss her but before I can Jamie and Lily's voices are heard. Haley and I both jump a little being forced back in to reality.

For a minute it felt like Nathan and I were us again..we keep our eyes locked and I look at him lips. I am about to say something then we hear Jamie and Lily and we jump and I pull away "uh..yes, sweetie??"

Nathan----"Jamie and Lily....your momma and I have some thing we need to talk with you about...."

"Uh..we better go to the living room and sit down then we can talk calmly."

"What?? Oh no sweetie, not in trouble at all..come on..lets go." we all sit down "Ok..first of all i want you two know that momma loves you two so much and all she has ever done was to think it was the best for you..even if she was wrong"

Nathan----I look at Haley than Jamie and Lily and smile at them. "Your momma has always wanted the best for you ever since she found out she was going to have you. Even when you were in her tummy she put the two of you before any thing else. I want you to under stand that very well ok." I look at my children "Your momma loves you and wants the best for you. I look at Jamie "Do you under stand this?" He says yes than I look at Lily "Do you under stand this sweetie?" She says yes. I look at Haley "You want me to tell them or do you want to?"

I swallow "it`s ok..uh guys..momma and Nathan used to date." Jamie says 'i knew it!' "Uh...yeah..well uh..we used to date but then we broke up..not in a very good terms, but that doesnt come to the point..so uh when i found out i was pregnant with you two..well we were broken up and momma was hurt so uhthe thing is..' i get tears in my eyes and i shake a little. Nathan reaches for my hand and instantly holds it. I look at him then at the kids "well..Nathan...is..Nathan is your father..I want you to know that he didnt know, when he found out he wanted to be a part of your lives..which it was 3 weeks ago..I`m so sorry guys..I hope you can forgive me.."

Nathan-----"Your momma loves both of you very much and she was so scared to tell you this. I love both of you also. I guess that is why I have felt so close to both of you from the beginning." Lily starts crying and Jamie runs up to me and hugs me and says you are my daddy? "Yes son I am your daddy." Haley rushes over to Lily and holds her close. We sit there the four of us not saying much because Haley is hurting and I do not know what to say. Jamie and Lily are in shock. After a long time I look at them "I know this is really....really big and maybe really scarey and maybe you do not know what to say. That is ok. Your momma is here for you and so am I. From now on I want to be a part of your lives if that is what you want."

I hold Lily and wipe away her tears "i`m so sorry momma is making you cry baby.." i say crying too and look at Nathan then at Jamie. I look at Lily "hey sweetie..go give your daddy a hug, ok??" she nods and go and hugs Nathan "Jamie..." I look at him then Lily asks if Natha nand I are gonna be togheter now "Uh..no..no sweetie, i mean Nathan is married and momma is gonna get married this weekend, remember??"

BRooke: " ok " i felt things really painful shots in my stomch i reach for my cell phone to call nathan as i do anther sharp pain comes and i drop the phone finaly the doctor comes in and looks at me


Doctor:" well ms scott it looks like your baby is ready to meet you "


Brooke:" what now..... oh ok dcotor " i get scared nathan is not here " please someone call my hisband

Nathan----"Jamie are you ok?" Jamie looks upset.

Jamie----"I want my momma and daddy together."

Nathan----I look at Haley like what should I say now?

Nurse----"I will call your husband Mrs Scott. He left his number in case we need it." I go to the desk and get Mr Scott's number and call.


Nathan----My phone starts ringing and I look down and its the hospital ao I answer it "Hello...."

Haley

"Honey..it`s..it`s not possible..I`m..I`m sorry"

Jamie----"I HATE BOTH OF YOU!!!!" I start crying and run to my room.

Nathan----I get tears in m eyes than. Maybe we should not have told them. It seems like all if did was hurt Jamie and Lily and I never wanted to do that. I look at Haley "I am sorry Hales...."

Haley

I sigh as he leaves and tears fall down my face "he..he..he never used that word before..It´s..It´s not your fault Nathan..It´s mine..i kept that away from him maybe..maybe if i told you before maybe things would be different..maybe Jamie could have the family..even though you loved..Brooke.." i sigh "nevermind..i dont wanna talk about it." Lily goes check on Jamie.

Nathan-----"Maybe....maybe I should go. You know our children a lot better than I do. I do not know how to make this better." I look down at the floor because tears are coming down my face. I feel guilty because I wanted Haley to tell them. If we had kept this quiet than they would still be happy so it is my fault every one is hurting.

Haley

i can tell he is crying. Everytime he looked down it was because he was crying "Hey.." I walk over him and lift his chin up and look into his eyes then I gently wipe away his tears "It´s not your fault.." I say softly and keep my eyes locked in his "it´s not your fault Nate"

Nathan----"Yes....yes it is....my fault. I am so sorry." I start to look down again but she wont let me. "All I have ever done is hurt you and now I have hurt our children also. You were doing great with them by yourself. I should have let you stay that way. I was so damn selfish though. Maybe Michael is right....maybe I should let him adopt them and the four of you can go on. I am not being any help to Brooke either right now." I start crying even harder.
