Full Version: How many seasons will be enough?

There was a brief article on Buddy TV with a pool in it. The question was: do you want to have Supernatural for only 5 seasons or would you like to have more?
Honestly, I voted five. Now I feel like I could watch the show forever, but for the good of it I think there must not be too many seasons. I don't want Supernatural to become a guest who you don't know how to say goodbye. I want it to end being a hit and a cult show. It deserves such a good ending. And the actors... Jared and Jensen should have an opportunity to go for big screen, to make something different.

Or is E.Kripke able to avoid this trap? Is he able to make a perfect product for a very long time, for seven or eight seasons? What do you think?

I've found one more article to this question http://tvoholic.com/news/supernatural-losi...ts-final-season. Some interesting thoughts are in there.

I think I would be satisfied with five seasons. Now that there is an end in sight it will help the creators really round out the story plots and characters to satisfy fans needs and expectations for the series finale in the future.

With the news that Supernatural might (might!) go beyond Season Five, it seems like a good idea to bump the thread wink.gif
