I sigh "But think about it..a child deserves a family that is togheter because they love each other.." I look into his eyes and kiss him again deeply "how am I gonna live without you?? Without your arms around me, touches, kisses..."

Nathan----"I know that and I agree. Brooke gets her way though and right now she wants me with her and our baby. Haley.......I....I can not abadon my kid."

I nod and tears come down my face again "i..i cant believe this is ending like this.."

Nathan----"I wish it didnt have to. The one time in my life I actually feel some thing towards some one and I have to say good bye. It is no damn fair. I am so sorry I hurt you. I never meant to."

I am about to say i love you but the last time i did he said goodbye and it hurt so much, so i just wrap my arms around his neck and kiss him passionately, sweetly and with all my love. Life was so unfair!

Nathan-----"I truly never meant to hurt you. I would be with you if I could. I want you to know that and believe it. You are the most amazing woman I have ever met. You deserve the happiest life with a guy who will love you like mad and devote every thing to you. I am sorry that I can not be that man."

Nathan-----"I have never felt the way I do about you ever...... I do not know if it is love. I do not even know what love is really. All I know is that I want to be with you and that when I am near you I am so happy. Ever since we met you are all I think about. To even think about living with out you hurts so damn bad I can not stand it." Tears come to my eyes.

I wipe away his tears while some were falling down my face "i cant let you go.." i whisper "You are the best thing that ever happenned to me..you`ve changed me and my life..i..i was never that happy and loved."

Nathan-----"I am so sorry Haley. This is the hardest thing I have ever had to do. God....I can not imagine leaving here and never seeing you again. I do not have a choice in this though. We have to say good bye."

I nod and look down and kiss him again then pull away and look into his eyes "ma-maybe someday we..we can go back to each other..be toghetr again..i..i dont want to sound corny but..you`re..you´re my destiny Nathan Scott..i`m sure of it."

Nathan----"You are the only woman I am ever going to feel this way about. You will always be in my heart Haley. Maybe some day we can be together. I...I think I should go now because every minute I stand here looking at you it makes it that much harder to do what I know I have to."

I swallow and fight back my tears. He sees me going to my car "i`m going to a bar or Linds..there is no way I can get thru tonight alone in my apartmen.."

Nathan-----"Haley....please....please go to your friends house. Do not go some where and get drunk and drive. Please be careful and try to forget about me."

"ok..i`m going to Linds and get drunk.." he says try to forget me "not possible.." i whisper.

Nathan-----"You will always be in my heart and my mind." I get back in to my car before she can see the tears coming down my face

"you too.." I look down then go to my car and stay there for a while then drive to Linds and knock on her door. She opens it and i am crying "i..i really need a..a friend right..now" i say between sobs.

Lindsey----"Come here sweetie." I put my arms around her and she crys while I hold her. "I am sorry that I set this up Haley. I never should have."

"It`s..not..your..fault.." i say as i couldnt calm down "he..he..his ex...is..pregnant...." i hug her and cry even more "i...i..i cant breathe Linds...I cant...breathe"

Lindsey----I get a paper bag and tell her to breathe in it. She gets this way when she is stressed out. "I am so sorry Haley. I know you fell for him and you deserve to be happy."

"i..i dont think i dont...everytime..happiness slip away from my..my fingers...we were suposed to be togheter.." i say still between sobs but trying to calm down.

Lindsey----"I wish I knew some thing to tell you to make the pain go away but I dont. I am here for you though. I want you to stay here tonight Haley....there is no way I am going to let you be alone."

"i..i was hoping you woud say that.." i sniff "cuz i dont know what i can do if i stay alone tonight.."

Lindsey----"You are not going to find out either. I am going to get us some good wine and that will help make you feel better."

"Thanks.." I hand her my cell "keep that away from me, would you?" i snif "and any phone..i..i cant call him and later on i might want to.."

Lindsey----"Ok I will keep phones away from you. From what you have told me they seemed to have an open relationship so how is he sure this baby is his any ways?"

"He said that she swore she didnt sleep with anyone else besides him in a while..he believed it. I wanted to tell him 'dont be stupid! Dont believe it without having a DNA test or something' but i couldnt..i just couldnt.." i sigh. "First time i find a guy that..changes my life, rock my world or whatever..he slips away from my fingers..it`s not fair..life is so unfair."

Lindsey----"Do you have his friends number?"

"Skills?/ Uh..yeah..why??"

Lindsey----"Call him and tell him to tell Nathan to ask Brooke for a DNA test. Haley....do not give him up with out a fight. You will always regret it if you do."

"But...doesnt it feel like..going behind his back??" she gives me a look "calling" i say as ipick my cell and dial Skills `s number.

Lindsey----"No you are fighting for what you want. I bet his girl friend is not going to give up easy though. If you really want Nathan than take him."

I nod then Skills answer "he-hey Skills. It`s Haley..uh..yeah i´m..so so..listen i kinda need to talk to you about something..i guess you heard about Brooke, right?"

Skills----"Yeah. I did and I went to talk to her. She claims Nate is the daddy but who knows with her. This whole thing has him really torn up."

"yeah..we uh..we said our goodbyes to-tonight.." i feel like i am gonna star crying again so i take a deep breath "uh..do you think..that..maybe he should you know..ask for a DNA test?"

Skills----"You are smart as well as being beautiful. Yeah....I am going to mention that next time I see him." I am trying my hardest to talk classey like Nate and not how I usually do. I know he loves this woman.

I smile "thank ya my dawng!" i chuckle "seriously..thanks Antown..I just..I met him in a short time but i..i love him and i don want to give up on him, you know??"

Skills----"He loves you Haley. This has never happened to him before and we have been tight since we was small. I have always had his back and now that you are his lady I have yours also."

Skills----"Than do not give up on him Haley James. Nathan has had a really bad home life and he does not trust many people."

Skills-----"I gotta go Haley James. I will talk to him for you. Bye." I hang up right before Nathan comes in.

Nathan-----Skills is there when I get home. "Man....I....I do not feel like talking."

Nathan----"You think that is going to solve this man? Brooke told me she has not been with any other guys for a long time. Brooke and I might not have the best morals but we do not lie to each other. If she says this baby is mine than it is."
