Anyone listened to the TW radio play that aired on 10 September 2008, celebrating Big Bang Day on BBC?
Fortunately for those of us outside the UK, the radio play could (can?) be downloaded from
the BBC website.
I thought it was really good. Parts of it reminded me of the Gelth (from the DW eppy The Unquiet Dead), very creepy. But the one-liners totally made up for the creepiness.

Rats. I missed this and you can no longer download or listen to it. Has anyone else heard anything about more Torchwood plays at Radio 4?

Got the June/July Torchwood magazine today. Has some info about the 3 new Torchwood radio plays they will be airing on Radio 4 soon. They were recorded at the end of April and are meant to be aired before the Children of the Earth episodes. They will feature John Barrowman,Eve Myles, and Gareth David-Lloyd plus some "surprise guests"
First will be called "Asylum" The story of a troubled teen who is brought to the attention of Torchwood by PC Andy.
Secondly, "Golden Age" Golden Age is set in India and features a character called Duchess.
Third, "The Dead Line" A series of mysterious phone calls lead Jack into danger and result in a very emotional moment for Ianto.

They are putting the radio productions and some of the Doctor Who stories read by cast up at audible.com. They are pretty cheap. The radio plays are like $7. They have the old ones also. Go to Audible, search Doctor Who {Torchwood shows up also}
