Who was program to love Helo. Boomer love isn't program for the Chief. It is real and the Chief was in pain without her. The Cylon want a trail because she did not vote with her model. That the reason she should die. You don't vote with the group you die? That sound fair? The Cylons is know for its fairness? With Dee killing hersefl and another shoot. The crew is getting much smaller. Do anybody think Boomer will get a lawyer like Balter got for her defend?

What is this? Boomer save one of the Five from death and she to be killed? You all know if it was Starbuck, She would be hero, Moore if dumping all the dead weight and that the Black and Asian. Don't worry about Adama by law he is White. He is safe!

Give me a break last week Adama has Gaeta and Zarek shot last week. Cavil had all of D'anna series boxed and were wiped out. No one race is getting picked on.

Before last night's episode, I would have wanted to see Boomer redeemed, but right now, I'm not so sure that she should be.

Who killed millions of his own people as Cavil box D'anna. Adama is the father figure and still have not gone one on one with Boomer. That should have happen over a year ago when Boomer told on the President. I see why she hate Boomer letting the cat out of the bag on the baby?

The ship is falling apart, there was a major mutiny and the crew is short handed. The Cylons are taking about leaving. The fleet is ready to break apart. So what is important one on one time with Boomer or the lives of the entire fleet?

Boomer on new Caprica did not save anyone from Cavil. You said it yourself she was under Cavil control, Cavil wanted the survivors alive. Cavil wanted to torture people slowly. When he was done with the survivors take them out into woods and finish them off.

I did said over a year ago. I didn't hear anyone said anything as Athena was being attack in her cell. One think about beating up Sharons have been going on in this Show much more then any character, and for along time. If you remember"Download" Where was Cavil. It was Sharon that talk Six into stop killing. You better read that again I never said that and in New Caprica. Boomer never said more then two lines. It was like the writers gave all the line to Cavil, or Three. Its like Moore want his new people to get the good parts. Boomer and a time would stand there and just watch as Cavil would sound off. I even heard that the last show before this have Boomer talk with the Final Five was cut. You can't have Sharon, or Grace Park having a brain like Katee Ssckhoff!

Don't forget the one who got killed in the hull rupture and whose hand Ty didn't want to hold as she lay dying, that old racist skinjob!

You obviously haven't understood the show if all you can come up with is this stupid race conspiracy.
The Eights are some of the most important and interesting characters on the show (although it is weird to see them do menial tasks like that painter). But by virtue of their design, they are also getting into all kinds of situations that put them in harm's way. Eight is the empathic Cylon. The one who's consistently getting involved with the Humans in more ways than any other Cylons, save maybe Caprica Six. The one who is the mediator. The love Cylon. That all you can see in these great characters and their stories is race bashing is really pathetic.
Yes, there were a lot of shows where the Eights didn't do much. But there were also many where they were a center. They can't be a center all the time.
And regarding Starbuck's brains, that's a hilarious joke. This character is not set up for brains, but for brawn. Starbuck is not one to reflect much on things, she much rather uses her fists/gun/Viper. Unlike the Eights, who *are* thinkers. Which is why they consistently bridge the trenches and try to help all sides. Some people/Cylons exploit that (see the Hera abduction), but to me, that just makes it all more believable. I for one can't wait for Sharon's and Boomer's final role, and I'm sure they will be there for no other reason than Hera.
Starbuck has only recently changed, now that she's wondering who or what she really is.

And don't turn this into some stupid contest between the actresses. We are talking Starbucks and Eights here, not Sackhoff vs. Park.

I tell it as I see it and the day I run from people like you is the day I will be hanging from a tree. This is the writing. The actresses do not write this, but our children do watch this show. I ask some people about the show and other who have stop. There is more then one point of view, or is your the only one that matter?

I saw the last special for Battlestar Galactic. They are one big happy family. The Chief didn't mean to call Boomer, Athena, and Sharon all blow-up doll. He fail to put Six, and Three in that group. People you talk like that at work like that you don't have a job. You think the only Asian is a blow-up doll. It's O.K. It is never O.K. for this statement! You every see the words can hurt spot. The network run for children maybe Battlestar should think about that as way?

Get a grip.
First off, this is not a children's show. If you are a parent, and you let your children watch this, then the only one to blame for anything they are not ready for is you. And seriously, the show deals with so many things that are not necessarily suitable for children, it's amazing all you don't want your kids to see is what you perceive as racism.
Second, the chief was involved with *Boomer*. It is *Boomer* he's mad at. So why would he try to be mean to the other models? He has no interest in hurting them. And the fact that the Eights are played by an actress with Korean ancestry has no bearing whatsoever on it. If Tricia Helfer had played the Eights, then he'd called her (character) a blowup doll, too.
Just out of curiosity, which character should Grace Park have played for you to be happy? The Sixes? That would have made her a genocidal plotter and murderess, not to mention the constant sexploitation, the torture... Hm, what about the admiral? An Asian leader, that might have satisfied you. But maybe not. Then your model Asian would have been grumpy, a bit authoritarian with little regard for civilian leadership (heck, there was even a military dictatorship [which of course is very unusual in Asia]), someone with a drinking problem, a domineering parent... Anybody else?

That racial lens you're viewing the show through is indeed a very narrow one. You might enjoy the show (more) if you moved away from that. But if you can't, remember, it's a tv program. You can turn it off.

Actually I do believe he did say they were all "Blow Up Dolls" so it's really a moot point, more or less. This all hearkens back to a thread at Skiffy about three or four years ago that actually had this in it's title. I believe that RDM and the associates used this phrase intentionally just because.
