From what I read from it, the guy is not trying to impersonate Ian per se, but am I the only one that is annoyed that he doesn't make a clear point that it's a FAN page and that he is NOT Ian?

Mhmm yeah... saw that too... I was about to say something but then I saw you and Debi on his friends' list.

I thought it was a fan page.. and then I started getting updates and they looked like it was Ian speaking and that pissed me off. I remained on his fan list to monitor what he says.

it almost like that guy that claim to be Ian on my space and I ask him a quistion and he than told me he was a freind of Ian's but he had all his facts wrong he disapaired fast

this is one slick dude/gal..think those pixs are from down Mexico way, so am asumming it must be some one down there at the time--though not necessarily so(?)

Well, Robbie, if you go back to the page you'll see he's having a problem understanding that he is basically robbing Ian of his own name. He's a fan, and I don't want to alienate him, and if I go back I'm gonna lose my temper. He saw where I was from and immediately assumed I was mislead because I "don't speak the language".... As if.

I have too much stuff on my mind now to go into some petty silly war. I hope Ian gets to have his name back. Sorry I couldn't help more.

At least he posted a status now saying he's not Ian (which will disappear as soon as he posts another status change.... ).

I was doing things to get other stuff out of my mind and decided to read some of our impersonator's posts. I figured him out: he is dying for someone to CONTACT HIM. I guess that's why he's keeping the name.

Yeah... did you read his last comment to me? It's a bit between: "Who do yo even think you are for telling me how to do that, you're not Ian's manager and if you are then prove it to me!" and "Contact me please, contact me!"

Meh... do not like people like that.

I meant the way he was handling the fan page, it wasn't very nice, the way he 'unintentionally' pretends to be Ian and his negative reactions when others point it out, he/she could have been more humble and accept it when someone notices a fault, not be too defensive about it :-)
