BTW, Robbie, there is a way to verify celebs accounts. Ashton Kutcher has it on his profile. A little tick sign on the upper right corner.

I'm glad that Majandra Delfino never asked me to change my username so she could have the Majandra account. I never even thought about it... I'm so used to being Majandra on the net (on MB the "real" Majandra was faster ) I never thought about NOT using it on twitter. Then I found Majandra Delfino on twitter and started following her and it was only AFTER I clicked the "follow" button that I realised I must look like the worst stalker ever! I remember I clicked the button and wondered why she doesn't use "Majandra" as her user name, then it dawned on me "Oups, she can't because that is me" and then "OUPS!!! Now she'll get a message saying that 'Majandra' is following her on twitter!!! How creepy is that???"

But I never claimed that I'm Majandra Delfino, and I think from my profile and tweets, it should be obvious that I'm not...

How do you see these replies to people's posts? When I go to Ian's Twitter page I only see the 4 things he's posted, not anyone's replies.

AFAIK (And I'm really not a twitter expert) you can only see them on your own profile. The ones that you've written...

GDB - MajaBee is right, you only see your tweets on your own twitter timeline. They won't appear on Ian's public twitter page, only on the home page that he sees.

Is Ian ready for the world at large to know about his twitter account? We're thinking of putting together a post to direct people to the real twitter accounts for the cast and crew (and to debunk fakers at the same time), but don't want to be sending the fangirls his way unless he's ready. Zach is already racking followers up, and he's not as well-known as Ian by a long shot.

RED, personally I like your idea of listing the 'real twitter accounts')) truth is I really like this idea, can not imagine any liability with this, and as far as Ian goes - as those old rodeo boys used to say: "let the hide go with the hair"
