I nod the sigh "Now I am nervous" i swallow "it is soo weird, how can someone be nervous to meet their own son! And how can someone, a mother, meet her own son!!"


Julian----"This is not working Brooke. Do you know where Nathan and Haley are right now? They are together. We need to come up with a better plan."

Brooke:"yeah i know they are together he lied to me last night and told me he was staying at home with Jamie.... listin there is nothing more i can do he loves her he has chosen her not me "

Nathan----"I know this is strange but Jamie really wants to see you."

Julian----"So you are just going to give up? I thought you said you were willing to do any thing for Nathan?"

"If you think he is ready and that i won`t scare him..then ok"

Brooke:" that was befor he lied to me....look there is nothing eles i can do i love him i want him to be with me but what can i do nothing "

Nathan----"Than after I pick him up from school we will meet you."

Julian-----"He lied to you so he could be with her. Brooke ...I can not believe you are just going to give up. Where is the girl from the book? The girl who fought for the things she wanted."

Brooke:" what do you want me to to Julian... he is breaking my heart and i do not know what i can do "

"Ok" i take a deep breathe and take a zip of my juice "thank`s for taking care of me last night."

Nathan----"It was not a problem. You have never been able to drink very well Hales. One time when we were in high school we skipped class and went to the beach and got some vodka. You got pretty drunk and threw up on my dad's lap. I laugh at the memory.

"I..I ..I threw up on you dad`s lap?!!!" he nods yes "Oh..dear...God!!" i then picture the scene, me throwing up on his dad`s lap and i can`t help to laugh. "I cannot believe i did that!" i say laughing and he says he missed my laugh.

Nathan----"My dad deserved it though. He is not a good guy at all Hales. You helped me get away from him and my mom. You helped me so much and now I want to help you."

Brooke:" why have you not slept with haley?"

"well..i might be a lot of work.." i sigh."it won`t be easy Nathan, my mind is mess right now"

Julian----"No Brooke..we have not. Haley has a lot of morals and high standards and she felt like she was cheating on him. He obviously did not have that problem though."

Nathan----"Hales...I know it might be hard but I want to help you."

"I know you do, and i am not saying i won`t let you, i will let you help me, i am just warn you that...it won´t be easy so just..be patient."

BRooke:" well maybe thats wha you need to do to fix this"

Nathan----"I can be patient. Haley...I want you to remember us to remember your life no matter how long it takes."

Julian-----"Maybe since you got him to sleep with you than do it again or tell him you are pregnant. Brooke it seems like you have more power over him than I have with her."

Brooke:" what... are you kidding me you want me to fake a pregnacy.... no i can not do that"

"Ok..thanks again" i look at him "so uh..I met Peyton and she told me that I used to sing, i heard some stuffs and when i was living with Julian i kept wrinting a lot of things, since i found out music was a huge part of who i was, i´m thinking of recording again"

Julian----"You do not want him in your life very badly."

Nathan----"You have a great voice so yeah you should record."

Brooke: i slap him then everyone looks at me in the cafe i go outside and Julian follows me " how dare you say that .... you do not know me at all i love Nathan more then anything and it kills me that he is with her but i do not think i can bring myslef to be as low as you want me too be to keep him i can not fake a prgnacy julian i just cant do that"

Julian----"Okay I am sorry..that is a bad idea. I just see Joy slipping thru my fingers and there is not much I can do to stop it. Nate and her really love each other."

Nathan----"Of yours... I like them all. I am in to rap mainly and you never have liked it. You like more easy listening kind of stuff...you love Sheryl Crowe."

"Can you blame? She is really good. Most of raps talk about sex and asses and money and one night stand and-" he smiles at me "what" he chuckles and says that is exactly hat i used to say.

Brooke:" yeah i know the feeling u need to call her now "

Nathan----"I know you are still the same Haley..you just have to get your memory back."

Julian----"She is with him right now Brooke."

Brooke:" so call her anways"

Nathan----"You will. I will help you Haley. You are my wife and we will be a family again. We owe that to Jamie."

Julian----"Okay" I get my cell and call Joy's

"Just because of Jamie? Is that why you want to be with me?" my cells rings and isigh. I see it is Julian and I am still too embaressed, i keep looking at it.

Nathan----"No Hales that is not the only reason." Her cell rings "You are going to have to talk to him."

"I can`t, he must hates me or think i am crazy, what girl tells you that it is ok to havve sex then just starts crying and leave the place like a crazy person!"

Nathan----"A girl who has lost her memory does. Haley..you have every right to be confused and to do things that do not make sense. He is calling you because he still wants to be your friend. You still do not get how special you are."

"He told me he never felt the way he does feel about me, he says he loves me and he wants sme, he has been so good to me and i blew it, i just..i can`t even look at him, and no i am not special"

Nathan----"Yes..yes you are. You are the most special woman. I love you Haley and I want to be with you but I have never stopped you from having friends. I think he could be a good thing in your life since he knows the way you are now more than any one."

"but...he doesn`t want to be friends...i..i don´t want to hurt him, not more than i already did"

Nathan----"Haley.... you owe it to him to talk to him at least. Look at all that he has done for you."

I sigh then think about it then pick up the phone, i swallow "he-hello"

Julian----"Hi are you okay Joy?"

"Hey Julian..uh..yeah, yeah i`m fine, a little hangover but i am fine..." i take a deep breath and get tears in my eyes "I´m...I`m really sorry about last night Julian, I..I thought i would go thru it and i bail on you...I´m so sorry"

Julian----"You do not need to apologize. I was just worried about you. I am the one who should say sorry for bringing you here. I had no idea who you were or that any of this was going to happen."

"it`s not your fault, none of us knew I was Haley, you brought me because i asked you, i wanted to meet the people who were part o f the book, you have nothing to apoligize Julian, u`ve been so amazng to me." i can tell Nathan is a little jealous.

Julian----"So how are you besides being hung over? What do you have planned to do today?"

Nathan----I sit there listening to her half of things and hating that some guy was in love with my wife.

"Besides the hungover ok I guess..i mean i am still confused but that is no news, i..i have an apointment with a doctor to talk about my condition but that is it."

Julian----"How about having dinner with me?"

"Di-dinner with you..." i then glance at Nathan.

Nathan----I look at her and mouth the word no at her. My wife is not going to have dinner with some other guy no matter how nice he has been.
