Sam tells Dean he wants to rejoin Dean in the battle of the Apocalypse, but Dean tells Sam that they are better off apart. Later, Dean awakens five years in the future in an abandoned city and is attacked by humans who have been infected with a demonic virus that turns humans into Zombies.

Zachariah appears to Dean and explains that this is the world that exists as a result of Dean saying no to helping the angels fight Lucifer.

Dean meets up with Future Dean, who tells him that the virus is the Devil's endgame for destroying mankind.

Well, that's the first thing I thought of when I heard the title of the ep (and mentioned it on the podcast); it's one of my least favorite Doors songs (and we know that Kripke's not a fan of the group)--but in the world of Supernatural, it's never safe to assume anything.

Hey I an't complaining, last week I was railing for him to apologize But I'm over it now and I'm so happy for what it is. Also, HOLY BEJOLE I love that Lucifer!Sam scene.

PH just reminds me of House of Wax except in that she had a pole in her head.

As usual another awesome episode. Heh I have to say I kinda like Cas as a man-whore/hippy. Ok I admit it I'm shallow .

Well you knew they were going to have to do something to bring the boys back together and I think Dean seeing Sammy as the Devil's meat suit was a good way to go.

Next week looks good too.

Heh I almost forgot but I did love Chuck's line about hoarding the toilet paper...classic.

I have to say they really didn't use Lexa Doig to very good advantage. but kudos to her for being early in the vocal stars against rape against children people being let go.

Who was Lexa Doig in this eppy Vin? Are you referring to Roman Polanski, did she speak out against him? Well good for her!!! I have to say it is disgusting how many people think he should get a free pass for raping a 13 year old girl.

She was the dark haired woman who slapped future Dean. She's is Michael Shank's wife and was on a couple of seasons of SG1

Lexa Yes, she was an early signer of the petition against him. It boggles who is for his release.

All I can say is wow, what a great episode! Jared did an excellent job of Sam as Lucifer. What an incredible scene that was between the two.

Ok I thought that was who she was in the episode. Lucky lady to be married to Michael Shank .

Please I haven't seen a Harrison Ford movie since he made a film with him in France a few years back. Actually don't get me going on the subject, I'm pretty opionated when it comes to it...I know...me opionated...shocking .

SF Universe brought a photo that made the Dark Angel connection.

Watching Future Dean was like watching Alec.

And ever since Comic Con I can't get the Palin joke. I mean, I pretty sure I get the idea behind the joke, but it seems, to me, like it actually backfires
