That site for the awards must be only for the Americans, because It won't go thru as I have letters in my postal code

Where did it ask for a post code? I never had to enter mine. I voted and I'm not from the US. (And I wouldn't be above cheating... if they only asked for a US post code to verify I'm from the US, I'd just give them one
