NEW T-SHIRTS FROM EDUN LIVE TO LAUNCH

WITH SEASON PREMIERE

Socially Conscious Clothing Company Created By Bono And Wife Ali Hewson To Design Shirts for CBSStore.com

NEW YORK – September 16, 2008 – CBS Consumer Products, a division of CBS Entertainment, and EDUN LIVE, the socially conscious clothing brand created by Bono and his wife Ali Hewson, announced the launch of a newly-designed Survivor t-shirt in time for the premiere of the show’s 17th season “Survivor: Gabon.” The Survivor t-shirt features the show’s iconic catchphrase of “Outwit, Outplay and Outlast” molded into the shape of the African continent on its front with the series logo on the back.  The sale of the t-shirts will support EDUN LIVE’s mission of driving sustainable employment in sub-Saharan Africa -- all t-shirts are made in Africa, by Africans, using African cotton. The EDUN LIVE Survivor t-shirt will be sold exclusively on CBSStore.com for approximately $24.95 beginning on September 25th.

Visitors to CBSStore.com will be able to make contributions directly to the Conservation Cotton Initiative, an environmental effort launched by EDUN LIVE in collaboration with the Wildlife Conservation Society to help educate farmers on organic cotton farming and landscape resource management techniques in Africa. EDUN LIVE offers both organic and standard cotton tees.

"Our relationship helps raise awareness of EDUN LIVE’s initiatives for the people of Africa and empowers Survivor fans to voice their support through self expression,” said Liz Kalodner, Executive Vice President and General Manager of CBS Consumer Products. “The exclusive t-shirt design reflects the exotic central African setting of Survivor’s 17th season premiering this month.”

"Survivor is one of the most popular reality shows in television history,” said EDUN LIVE CEO Christian Kemp-Griffin.  Our collaboration is exciting to the people working on this product in sub-Saharan Africa as it creates additional income resources and ultimately achieves a better quality of life since every step of the supply chain goes back to the people working on the product.”

The purpose of EDUN LIVE is to offer companies the chance to trade both ethically and competitively by providing them with an alternative to standard blank t-shirt options.  EDUN LIVE t-shirts are made with a holistic approach focusing on the people making the product, the materials used, and the places where the products are made. The facilities used are located in countries such as Tanzania, Lesotho and Uganda. The organization consistently offers encouragement and support to farmers in the local communities to transition from conventional to organic production.

In the groundbreaking Survivor series, contestants are stranded in a remote location and divided into tribes who compete against each other in various physical and mental challenges, with the losing team forced to vote a member of their own tribe off the island. The goal is to outwit, outplay and outlast the other contestants to be the last man/woman standing and win the title of Sole Survivor, along with $1 million.
