In its second year, the Vegoose Festival returned to Sam Boyd Stadium &  Star Nursery Field in Las Vegas, Nevada for Halloween weekend (October 28th - 29th), with a rock-filled line-up and special night concerts that drew music lovers from all over the country to Sin City.  While performers spanning  genres that would please all music enthusiasts -- including such acts as Tom  Petty and the Heartbreakers, The Killers, The Raconteurs, Fiona Apple, The Black 
Crowes, The Roots, The Mars Volta, Trey Anastasio, Widespread Panic and Jenny Lewis with the Watson twins, among others -- descended upon the desert city, the festival also boasted booths of clothes, crafts and food. 

 

During breaks between band sets, attendees even had the option of wandering into the 
Impersonators Café, taking part in a costume contest, riding the towering Ferris 
Wheel, checking out burlesque shows, or even getting hitched at the Vegoose 
Wedding Chapel.
